Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders during our business hours.
Orders are processed within 6 business days after payment has been received.

2. Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship within Germany.

3. Shipping Carriers

Depending on size and weight, orders are shipped via the following carriers:

• DHL

• Hermes

• DPD

• GLS

The available carrier for your order will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and size of the order as well as the selected shipping carrier.

5. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time within Germany is:
2–4 business days

Please note that in individual cases, delays may occur due to public holidays, high shipping volumes, or weather conditions.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number (if supported by the shipping carrier).
